Flower Paintings

I have been playing around with some flower paintings. I have tried to keep them fast and fresh looking.  They are all done with acrylic on paper. Giclee prints of these images and all of my work, are available. Let me know if you are interested. Enjoy!

Here is a painting that I sent down to the Sher Gallery in Florida. Hopefully they had some good feedback and sales on my work. I will have to call them this week and find out how things went.  Happy New Year!

Just submitted my art to Art Takes Miami. Please take a second and vote for me. I appreciate it a lot!!!

Here is the new version and the older version of the same painting. I always debate whether I should go back and work on an existing painting. In this case I did. I'm happy with it, but I still question if I did the right thing. You be the judge.

Finished this painting "Last Roses of Summer" yesterday. WOW...I am so glad that it is officially done! Not the easiest painting to figure-out. I always find it fascinating how some paintings just come together relatively easily, and others are such a struggle. Now I am off to the studio to work on another painting. Enjoy!
